These terms govern your use of Nailed ("the App"), developed by Alwye Consulting Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15247990).

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store terms of service.

Description of the App

Nailed is a macOS application designed to help users reduce nail-biting behaviour. The App uses your camera and machine learning to detect when your hand approaches your mouth, and provides visual and audio alerts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alwye Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Alwye Consulting Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Third-Party Components

The App uses MediaPipe machine learning models developed by Google, which are subject to the Apache 2.0 licence.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
